Sometimes I question my walk with God. It is so unconventional. I know there is a lot more I need to do, like praying. I long to have that connection with God I once had in which my every thought was sent out like a prayer, I was in constant communication with God. He was who I spent the most of my time with. Unfortuantely once you walk out of the doors of a highly structured Academy, into the busy life of a college, God often is one of the sacrafices we make in order to balance everything else. I know
I did it, and now I am so far behind that it seems I will never catch up.
But recently I've been coming to realize that I am not so estranged from God as I had thought. Just because I am not a regular attendee of church, doesn't mean I'm not still worshipping. I do wish I could come to love church, but something about it turns me away time after time--yet that is besides the point.
I love God. And my way of worshipping is seeing God in others. I love God in you. I want nothing more than to see people happy.
To me, to see people suffering and not be able to help is torture. I would say, especially those I care about, but there are very few people whom do not fill that classification...and I dont even know who (and even if) they are.
Lately my senses have been heightened, and in two instances I felt drawn to find a way to contact a person because I have felt a tugging that something was the matter, and in both of those instances it was a correct intuition.
I just with there was something more I could to to help out. I hate to see people struggle...I will pray.

I created a site awhile ago called careandhope.faithweb.com and it is, well inadequate for what I want it to be and do. I want to make an interactive site which has information and resources for the suicidal and depressed, and encouragement and inspiration for those who may be merely down and need a little lift. I need people who want to build the site, those who want to help design it, those who want to be listed as people others can email/msn/IM when they want someone to a) talk to b) give advice c) pray for them etc.
I'll need people with:
- HTML skills
- Design skills
- Ideas
- People skills
- Time
- Chiristians (for those who want prayer)
- Writing Skills
- Research Skills (to find resources for the site)
- etc

if so leave your email, and anyone have the desire to design a heading picture and post it to a site that allows you to export the images, my webspace doesnt...so in a lil bit it'll have a warning sign up there rather than the image itself.
